Internet Access: Wifi access is available in the rooms and throughout the residence.
Laundry & Cleaning: Common areas are cleaned weekly; bed linen and towels are provided. There are laundry facilities on the premises that can be used at extra cost.

Deposit: Pre-Authorisation of £250 per person is made to Rose of York by credit or debit card prior to arrival. Payment will not be taken provided that the student leaves the accommodation in a satisfactory condition.
