Room: Single room. All rooms have a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Bathroom: Modern, shared bathroom facilities for every 3-5 rooms including a shower, sink and WC.
Kitchen Facilities: Kitchens are spacious with a dining area and are fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.
Internet Access: Wireless Broadband Internet connection is available in every apartment.
Laundry & Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. There are laundry facilities on the premises that can be used at extra cost.
Other Facilities: Games room, lounge area, laundry, off-site gym, secure parking for bicycles, outdoor courtyard area and 24-hour security.
Deposit: Pre-Authorisation of £250 per person is made by credit or debit card prior to arrival. Payment will not be taken provided that the student leaves the accommodation in a satisfactory condition.
