Student Residence Accommodation
Students who would like to have more independent residence accommodation in London, and meet people of other nationalities outside the school, might choose residence accommodation. Making your stay enjoyable:
- All residences are comfortable and fully furnished
- Depending on the residence, students can choose a single room, a double room or a studio
- Most residences offer shared kitchen and bathroom facilities while others provide en-suite rooms
- Most residences are located in central London, zone 1 or zone 2
- Bed linen, towels and regular cleaning included
Please note that Rose of York uses external providers for all of our student residence options in London. Our accommodation team personally inspects a residence if the residence is not a British Council-registered accommodation provider. The prices stated below are subject to availability and act as a guide but prices may vary. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

Residence Prices

All prices are GBP £ per person per week. There is an additional charge of £50 for the accommodation booking fee.
Terms and Conditions
Each student residence in London has a different minimum booking period and cancellation fees. These change depending on the Terms and Conditions for the residence. Consequently, please ask for individual terms and conditions before booking. In case of cancellation, Rose of York may charge between one week’s fee and the total value of the booking.
