Rathbone Place offers comfortable rooms in the heart of London. Situated on Oxford Street, and 3 minutes away from Tottenham Court Road, students will always have something to do. Built in the 1800’s and recently renovated and redecorated, there are 15 large bedrooms in 5 apartments in Rathbone Place.

The bedrooms are decorated in a modern style to a very high standard. There is good storage space, comfortable beds, desks, chairs, blinds and plasma screen TV.

Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a representative resident on site and CCTV throughout.

Room: Various room types available. All rooms share have a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Bathroom: Modern, shared bathroom facilities in every room including a shower, sink and WC.
Kitchen Facilities: Kitchens are spacious with a dining area and are fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.
Internet Access: Wireless Broadband Internet connection is available in every apartment.
Laundry & Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned weekly; bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. There are laundry facilities on the premises that can be used at extra cost.
Other Facilities: Games room, lounge area, laundry, secure parking for bicycles, outdoor courtyard area and 24-hour security.
Deposit: Pre-Authorisation of £250 per person is made by credit or debit card prior to arrival. Payment will not be taken provided that the student leaves the accommodation in a satisfactory condition.
